Spicy Butternut Squash Polenta

Ingredients
– 1/2 cup corn meal
– 2 cups butternut squash soup
– 3/4 cup of water
– red pepper flakes to taste
– garlic to taste
– salt & pepper to taste

Directions
– Mix all ingredients in a medium size pot
– Bring mixture to boil
– Reduce heat and cook until all liquid has been absorbed,  stir frequently
– Can be served hot or when cooled will harden and you can slice it to eat like a loaf
