Many times, I’m looking for something quick and easy on the weekends for a snack. This is a perfect recipe for that.
- Round Summer Squash
- 3/4 Green Pepper chopped
- 2 tbsp of mayonnaise (I used a vegan brand)
- A dash of sea kelp
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Add pepper, mayonnaise, sea kelp, and salt and pepper to blender. Blend until smooth. It should come out a pretty thin consistency.
- Slice the Squash in circular pieces
- Lay the pieces out on the dish and pour over the pepper sauce
